An exciting and motivating day out. With an emphasis on team building, our programs are flexible and can be tailored to your requirements. Half and full day team activities are offered for group sizes of up to 10 people.
Many of the extreme sports programs on offer such as abseiling and skydiving tend towards overcoming personal fear. Sailing is a unique, truly team building/bonding experience that is also a lot of fun. Your teams work together so as the yacht is made to perform at an optimum level (according to current conditions). Parallels can be drawn directly to the workplace environment, with applications made to achieve greater performance as a result of a fun day sailing.
Cooperation, communication, leadership and decision making under pressure are just some of the tasks presented to your team during the days sailing.
Programs are flexible and close consultation ensures that the customised program suits your individual needs.
